Today is the 155th birth anniversary of William Sydney Porter, better known by his pen name O' Henry.He was a short story writer and was America's answer to the French writer Guy De Maupassant. Both wrote stories with surprise ending.
Gift of the Magi, The Last Leaf,The Ransom of Red Chief are some of the masterpieces by O' Henry.
