Today is the death anniversary of Antoine Henri Becquerel, the French physicist who is credited with the discovery of the presence of Radioactivity. He was awarded the Nobel Prize for Physics in 1903 along with Marie Curie and Pierre Curie.The Becquerel family has produced four generations of outstanding scientists.
